Aquaculture of the 21st century - modern, smart and environmentally friendly

The aim of the project is to bring modern, smart and eco-friendly tools for intensive fish farming management. By 2028 farmers will be offered from 13 to 16 project results. Goals: 1. To innovate farming tools for fight against unwanted pathogens in water environment using new unique technologies and synergic effects in combination with present-day methods. 2. To develop a smart system of preventative and curative interventions using AI for timely detection of disease indicators and optimization of interventions. 3. To assess benefit of biosensors and remote-controlled sensors for 24/7 monitoring and reduction of severe losses. 4. To develop special mixtures with bioactive agents from medicinal herbs for use in feedstuff and baths as alternatives to substances harmful to the environment.
